Lovable Links
Just copy paste THIS and everything below up until my Five links:
I thought it would be cool to have a meme where we post links. We can post up to five. Then we tell five more people to share their links. If we all share who tagged us, our links are sure to be seen! ![]()
They can be business links, favorite sites, affiliate links, whatever you want…
There are Five Rules:
1. MUST be clean. No R rated sites.
2. Only FIVE links.
3. MUST tell 5 people.
4. A link back to the person who tagged you ![]()
5. Lara’s Place is the meme originator. (an active link is appreciated)

1. I am pleased to introduce you to Starr Trippin'. This is my friend Haley. I will start off by saying that I love Haley. She is sweet, awesome, pixie sticky, and just an all around superwoman!!! She is another friend that I have not met in person, but through our cyber conversations/dealings with each other, I feel like I know her as a good friend. Once you stop over at her blog and read a post you will see her sense of humor and know why I almost instantly feel in love with her.
2. Now meet my friend Kat, here at Polipinos Love Pierogi and Rice. I me to Kat while planning my wedding, from the summer of 2006 to the summer of 2007, through a wedding wedsite message board. We both live in the same state and we met a lot of other great girls on there too. We all keep in contact and have get togethers every now and then. Kat works in PR and her writing skills are just as maddening to me as Haley's. I secret love and hate them both. Kat has a wicked sense of humor too.
3. Over at Perpetual Motion you will find a college friend of mine. His wife is the one who keeps this blogging going. They have a hectic life with two young kids, but this is about the only way I see any decent pictures, since my friend is not that great at keeping up with emails.
4. Kristi's Adventures in Loving Thy Neighbor is my good friend Kristi. I met her through the same site that I met Kat. She is a great person and like the rest of us needing an outlet of expression in the cyber stratosphere. She is always there to remind me I was an English major and to point out how I'm not owning up to that status. I'll just point out that grammar was always my weak point. I majored in English for the reading and literature. That is all.
5. Livejournal was where I got my blogging start. It became my new journal. Journaling had fallen by the wayside with a busy hectic life and LJ was just the ticket to get a symblence of that back. I still use it, but my livejournal is set up as private, and only those friends of mine on LJ can see it. We all still need a little bit of privacy.Labels: Domestic Divapalooza, Kristi's Adventures in Loving Thy Neighbor, Lara's Place, Livejournal, Perpetual Motion, Polipinos Love Piergi and Rice, Starr Trippin'
Still researching and dealing with infections
After two weeks my ears started bothering me. I made an appointment to see my primary care physician to be checked for ear infections. Not only that, but I started having some symptoms of a possible Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), which was not fun. My doctor put me on meds for the ear infections, even though he said my ears didn't really show anything at the time, he mentioned they could be starting. A day after giving my urine my doctor's office called to let me know I did have a UTI. I'd already been on a round of antibiotics. My doctor had given me one refill so I got it filled. He had put me on five days of antibiotics and I wanted to make sure to knock this sucker out since it didn't make me feel the greatest. Plus, he only gave me five days worth of meds. I'm not sure about anyone else, but five days worth of antibiotics has never taken care of anything with me. This was even the case before my diabetes diagnosis.
My bloodsugars started getting better a day or two after being on antibiotics.
So dealing with all this put a little damper on my pump research. I still have information to go through, etc, but I am still looking into it.
