Living with diabetes

Wow, and I thought that weight watchers was one of the only diet franchises to have a restrauant eating guide. I'd always thought it would help out diabetics to have an eating out guide with healthy idea choices and nutrion information for restrauants...I know it would help me since I wind up guessing at carbs in a meal, therefore, guessing at my insulin dose. Apparently I've missed this for a while since this is the 3rd edition, which means two more preceeded it. So have a look and if you think it will help you then give it a try.
